So many good recipes. I'm an English teacher. I bought enough Ramen for all my students and had each select a recipe. They made "How To..." writing pieces and videos and "Ramen Review" articles for their recipes. They had a blast and still were completing technical and descriptive writing. More importantly, there's no such thing as bad Ramen!

I bought this as a gift for my husband who is “guilty” of concocting some rather interesting meals. We really enjoyed reading about what it is like in the inside and what one has to do to have some semblance of home cooking. Makes a great gift!

I bought this book for a friend of mine. He has been to jail once or twice and has a wicked sense of humor.
He fell out of his chair with laughter. He remembers making "pockets" in jail and wanted to know how some of these guys got the good flavors of ramen.
All in all it is a great book and a fun read.

I bought this for my college aged nephew moving into his first apt. I am buying a case of Ramen and some of the ingredients. I am boxing it all and giving it to him as a house warming present. Priceless! He is going to love it!
