Inconclussion everything is great. I already read at page 195 and i found 2 error. not that big error just small error of the text print just a little bit gray. nkt much still read abble and has no effect to you reading experience. it not that much just a little but at the page. after all its normal think to have because its a print book small ink turn gray a bit is normal not a problem at al if its still read able.

The book is easy to read. I love motivational jargon, and excel in environments where there is bad language and mental abuse. If you don't want to be called a weak little (expletive) when you can't finish a pull-up, maybe skip this book and find something written by a kindergarten teacher. If you like being challenged and told the truth (as in.. YOU ACTUALLY ARE A WEAK LITTLE (EXPLITIVE) if you can't finish a pull-up) then you should absolutely read this book.

After a month of waiting for the arrival of my book I had to reach out to customer service for help. The book was supposed to come next day but arrived a week later.

The book itself is super flimsy, not a quality paperback. I’ve never felt quality like this before.

However, David Goggins is great and I totally recommend the book to anyone looking for true motivation. He gives it to you straight - no sugar coating anything.

This book has been very impactful on me. Being military, I was interested simply based on that, but I got more than I baragined for. As you get taken through his life, if the perscpectives that he had at the time, and the ones now, you see these little pieces fit together. Others come apart. Coming from a... questionable family, I found a sense of wanting to intently learn these perspectives. Almost as if given "permission" to look at it and acknowledge it. The cahllenges are very relevant if you make them so. The surface area things are good, too, but you can make it more pointed. I didn't know much about it when I bought it. Going through the growth that extended past the military, or asude from it, was a great demonstration on how these skills, when cultivated, can cross all areas of your life. I'm in a difficult time in life and happened upon this book. It has a great story quality to it, which keeps it interesting, but it has also given me some ideas for taking huge things down into managable parts. Also suggestions on where to start. It is hard to start when you don't even know what success would look like. I would recommend to everyone. There is language, but I liked that. It added authenticity to the the thoughts and feelings as he was going through them.
