There is a LOT to unpack in this book. It is well researched (annotated), full of detailed information as well as author’s actual experience through years of practice. I think this is the exact set of information I’ve been looking for - something that bridges the gap between traditional medicine (Physical Therspy,Orthopeodics, pain relievers, MRI’s, etc.) and incorporates exercise (weights/gym), nutrition, attention to detail (body alignment, etc), priceless info in an understandable way about how the body moves and how muscles, ligaments, bones all work together. And I’m only in chapter 2! Ok, I’ve skipped ahead and looked at coming chapters too.😁 Excited to really understand and integrate this book’s info into my daily routine, try some of the nutrition too. Hoping for strength and pain free future.
On a side note, the team at Salt Wrap was 100% responsive with my questions and solved my issue with using credits through Shop app to purchase this book. The best. Thank you.

I would highly suggest buying this book and implementing the workouts outlined in the back of the book.

This book is the most useful “getting out of pain” book I have read. Due to being in musculoskeletal pain for so long, I have read about 15 books regarding this. I can say without a doubt tjis is the most useful.

I have genuinely recommended this book to about 50 different people. This is due to how implementable this book is. The exercises and exercise program make the book an absolute gem because it provides a concise, succinct way of implementing the knowledge Scott outlines in the book.

I often tell people this is the most useful book I have ever read because it helped me get out of a pain. I plan to use the workout routine for the rest of my life because you can workout indefinitely while feeling great.

I cannot say enough good things about this book. Read the book, implement the workouts, and you’re on a great path of getting out of pain.

I am enjoying the experience with this book. I admittedly haven't read it all as I'm experienced, but still want to learn more! I managed to put together the workouts and made a spreadsheet to simplify things. The book isn't as concise as I'd have liked, but I am grateful to have this resource regardless. And most of the time, their team has more than willing to answer my million questions. They're limited in bandwidth or else they would be! Perhaps reading all of the content prevents a lot of the potential questions. I think the cues could be worded better with some more perspectives 😃

I just finished reading your book and absolutely loved it. I’m an old athlete (50) in generally good health, STILL playing soccer, but with lots of nagging joint injuries. I've been a weight lifter my whole life (mostly compound power lifts with a bit of supplemental) and have always lamented that I can't seem to "train" my joints. This book finally gives me a science-backed path forward on joint health, and hopefully healing up some of those nagging injuries!

I’ve already gifted your book to a few other ex-athletes I know. Fantastic book!
